
Cops ‘n’ Kids of Easton held story hour with craft and activity to observe Dia de los Muertos(” Day of the Dead”) a Mexican traditional event .
Sade Montano, former teacher and leader of her mother’s club, read stories and helped the children to “set the table ” with photos of deceased family members, fruit, cakes and specially baked bread. A craft was also provided that related to the story and the event.
Attended by 12 parents, grandparents, and children, information was shared and a tradition was continued in the Discovery Room at the Sigal Museum.
